STATE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES (NOW KNOWN AS THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES) MAY RECEIVE FUNDS FROM THE AUTHORITY; there is no requirement that the recipient be a state employee or repay the scholarship by working in Georgia. 1971 Op. Att'y Gen. No. 71-147 (decided under former Ga. L. 1969, p. 683).
